Our Compensation Model

(How We're Paid)

Our primary responsibility is to serve you in a responsible partnership, placing your interests above all others in our relationship. We will disclose how we are paid, and any conflicts of interest that could influence us. We pledge to provide the highest quality of advice, products and services in exchange for reasonable compensation, bot monetary and in the form of good will.

There are three components to our compensation:

  • Financial planning fee - We charge a separate financial planning fee so that we can best provide objective, generic advice to you, allowing you the option to implement what, when, and where you determine to be appropriate.
  • Asset management fee and/or product commission - Your financial plan likely will indicate strategies, products and services that will move you towards your optimum financial state. We will present implementation options for which we may be compensated in fees or commissions. Our first tier investment management fee is 1% plus program fees (if any), with a minimum account of $25,000. Smaller investment accounts and insurance products generally remunerate us via commissions.
  • Your Active Good Will-Personal Introductions - Our desire is to exceed your expectation in every phase of our relationship. When we have done so, we ask for your active good will. That good will may take the form of personal introductions. Several times each year we offer educational/information meetings on financial related matters for our clients and their acquaintences and we encourage our clients to use these meetings as a vehicel to introduce others to us.
